Once you are happy with your quote and want to go ahead we will send you an invoice for 50% of the booking. This needs to be paid to secure your chosen date. Then remaining amount will need to be paid no later then 7 days prior to your event.
Absolutely. Veggie, Vegan, Gluten free…..we got you. Please let us know if you or any of your guest have any allergies in good time and we will make relevant changes.
All food is kept cool during transport to the event location, once there the table must be in a cool area away from sunlight and any heating. The food can be left out for 4 hours then it must be disposed of or cleared away.
No we don’t, we are not responsible for the disposal of food. You will need to arrange this with your venue.
We are based from Shrewsbury and offer free delivery within 5 miles of SY2. Outside of this there is an additional fee of 45p per mile. This will all be calculated for you in your Quote
Depending on the size of table, between 1-3 hours. If you have gone for The Grove or Chestnut set up we will need an additional hour to unload and set up.
Yup. We will need to unload all food and props. If there is limited parking please let us know asap so we can sort something out.
Absolutely. We are a fully insured and registered food business. We hold all the relevant food hygiene and safety requirements.
